The SportPlus Fitness Trampoline SP-T-110-B is an ideal home cardio workout solution. Training on the trampoline utilizes over 400 muscles, making it more effective than jogging. The trampoline is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and it effectively trains your condition, balance, coordination, and motor skills.

The rubber ropes ensure joint-gentle training without annoying noises, and the non-slip jumping cloth provides a secure hold during training. The removable, height-adjustable handle (from approximately 85 to 119 cm) adds to the versatility of the trampoline.

The trampoline has a diameter of approximately 110 cm, with a jumping surface of around 82/95 cm, and a maximum user weight of 130 kg. It weighs approximately 11 kg and comes in a black-blue color.

The delivery includes the fitness trampoline, 36 rubber ropes, the adjustable handle, an edge cover, special tools for tightening the ropes, and detailed assembly instructions. The high-quality rubber ropes are durable and provide a soft, comfortable suspension, although they may require some extra effort to tighten during assembly.
